The information below is what you ought to do if the
Not receiving emails
Support page doesn't work out for you.
When you are trying to recover an account, you will be asked to enter an email address at the very beginning of the form. This is where you will add the NEW registered email address that will be attached to the account in question if the recovery is successful. As Malua stated above, it's suggested to use a Google Mail account because these have proven to be the most productive out of all the email providers out there.
The new response to the account recovery request will be sent to the NEW registered email address that you enter at the beginning of the form. That's why it's paramount to utilize a Google Mail account. This email address will become the NEW registered email address on your account, as long as you are successful in the process of recovering it.
Head to the
Change registered email
Support page. Scroll down to click on the blue "Recover Account" button. See the screenshot below:
You'll then be presented with the form below. Enter your username (accounts created before November 2010) or your login email address (accounts created after November 2010):
An email is sent after this. Since you aren't getting those emails, you ought to click on the yellow "

Finally, you'll get to the webform below. At the very beginning, you are asked for an email. This email address will become your registered email address and that's where the response(s) will be sent from now on. Please choose a Google Mail account:

I did this part ones a week but i still i don't get any mail or response.
I flagged this thread and your Tmx WC account for a JMod to check what is happening.
The JMod said that a successful appeal was submitted two days ago and an email was sent out that allows the password to be reset.
If you have not received that email, it means you are registering an email you don't have access to.
You need to submit an email you have access to for it to be the new registered email.
At the top of the recovery form you get asked to enter an email you have access to and then re-type that email. That email will become the new registered email. Don't submit an old, inaccesible email at the top of the form.
