Talking about inhumane, I'm talking about msec or beyond that with an almost 100% accuracy which is impossible to maintain for a long time.
Everyone makes mistakes and become less accurate when it takes place for a longer period of time.
Jagex/JMods do have knowledge about said criteria and do find enough resources to test where the real line is drawn in the sand.
