Hi my ironman IMSamgrim has had 2 false macro bans i only use the jagex launcher and have never use macros/bots i hope this gets resolved as i enjoy playing ironman and at this point i am starting to lose hope for this game ive only ever played fairly this is upsetting that after years of playing this is the first time i am being ban for nothing but playing the game normaly i hope this gets resolved and its not only making me not want to play anymore but allso wasting the effort and time ive put into my account

You should submit an appeal.
Go to the 'Account Status' tab in account management and use the appeal button.
If there are two bans, there should be an appeal for each ban.

While you wait for a reply, take the time to review your email, device and account security.
