i dont know why jagex makes it so hard to email them directly. i was wondering that if my account lost membership while in an inferno run, if it automatically boots me out into a f2p area. i logged out of my account when i got to zuk in the inferno. could some one maybe help me with the jagex support email?
Did you log out because you knew your membership was about to end and you wanted to pay again before something happened in-game?
If you logged out while still a member, then paid before logging back in, you should still be at Zuk.
Your account is only booted back to Lumbridge if you haven't paid and are trying to login while F2p.
Jagex does not have a "support email".
