I made a topic about the false macroing ban on my ironman (Noob Trade)

I ask the mods, just ban all my accounts then, including this one. You're gonna mess with me, then do it right. Ban them all for macroing. Because i won't be playing anymore with the risk of knowing i can get banned again without reason. Just because ya'll don't like me without even knowing me.

I don't get why you guys doing this is it supposed to be funny? With the attitude of ''our system is perfect and never makes mistakes'' no system is without flaws.

And yes, you guys don't care, i get it you guys are tough etc etc. I don't care, just ban all of my accounts. I'm not wasting my time here anymore.

Your readership in here is other players, not JMods. The forums are player run.

Jagex won't "ban" your other accounts but you can request for them all to be disabled/deleted (which is actually more permanent).

Old macroing bans are removed after several years and the account can get back into the game.
Deleting your account and personal data is much more permanent and there is no way back after the process is complete.

Requesting a full disable/delete has to be done through the contact point on the Delete your personal data page.

I want them to ban all my accounts for macroing, i'm trying to make a point here. My ironman was falsely banned for macroing, i never used any form of botsoftware or taped keys or whatever. Yes, i keep repeating it. And i know mods read here, my previous topic was closed by mod Tren.

It's not hard, there was no problem banning my ironman Noob Trade. So ban this account and all others to then, i will appeal all of them and the mod can deny all of them. Seems that they find that real fun to do.

Jagex staff are identified by 'mod' behind their name. Tren is a forum mod which is a voluntary role. just to echo Malua here there aren't any Jmods here to handle your appeal. If that's what your aim is here then I'm afraid there's nothing more any of us can suggest, besides deleting your accounts if you feel you'll never want to play them again. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

Thanks for clarifying Corder, i'm just too pissed off about this that i haven't even realized that. I will find another way to contact them, although i think it is pretty useless. Jagex is not known for their excellent customer support so to say.

I'm just glad i didn't buy membership for it yet, was planning to when the account got better but well.. You and whoever else read this know the story by now.

Take care yall, i sincerely hope it doesn't happen to any of you. I always enjoyed playing RS untill the ban afcourse.

Isn't it a complete stitch? Some app may unknowingly communicate with the Osrs client and you get banned for macroing. But they won't tell you which one so you can make sure you don't get banned again for no reason. If you use only software on your computer that has come with that computer only, and do not install 3rd party software, there's no risk in getting banned.
Any other 3rd party software installed you have to manually check yourself if it doesn't conflict with the Terms & Conditions of Jagex/RuneScape. Jagex/JMods are not responsible for your actions on your private computer.

Dear Jagex mods.

Please can you look into this issue, as I too have had my account banned for no reason at all. I have NEVER macro'd or cheated in 20 yrs of playing this game.

I am absolutely mystified in my appeal being denied. And that the answer is final? This cannot be right. It is totally unjust and seems strange that an account after years of playing can mistakenly be banned.

Why would players risk even purchasing membership, knowing such mistakes can happen?

Why should players bother spending so much time on our accounts, only to have them mistakenly banned?

Please can you re-investigate my account, my game play etc - I HAVE NOT CHEATED.

My main Exploro = currently no ban
My UIM Exploro2 = currently banned for macro'ing (I have no idea what this is or would I even attempt to do such) I don't even use any 3rd party client like Rune HQ.

Investigate again. I have nothing to hide.
