Hey guys i dont know where else to do but after putting in a couple support notices. I have a message stating I have a unpaid balance and none of that is true my last login was 2018 and and I put that support ticket in and haven’t heard anything backs it’s been days. I really wanna continue playing the game and focus on quest etc.
I am sorry but Billing Support needs to check your message and your account before they reply about the case.

Did you log into RS3 or OSRS?
Your account only has game activity in RS3.
If you logged into OSRS, you would find no game activity.
The two games are totally separate.
While the same login/password will get you access to both games, you create and train a separate character in each game.
