hello , a friend lead me to here.l to get help.
so im dentist IRL and i play runescape since 2018 once a week.
today i tried to log into my account and it says wrong password then i went to recover it right away and it say :
No accounts could be found. Get more help.

i went to my email at hotmail and it was hacked as well , so o recover my email (hotmail) by phone number and it work and i secured my hotmail.

but even though i cant recover my runescape account keep saying : no account found !!
please helppppp what can i do ???? i cant access my account please ! Real Is Rare

i checked on high score cant find it at all . i didnt upgrade
its got hacked i just dont know.
i tried recover forgot user name and even dont work ...
some weird as hell.......!!!!! Real Is Rare

Work through the instructions on the Security tips support page to review your security.

Use the 'Contact Us' button on the Unable to submit an account recovery support page to get Jagex assistance.
If the hijacker has done the account upgrade into a Jagex Account, you won't be able to recover the account without Jagex assistance.

If Jagex can see it was stolen, then upgraded to a Jagex Account by the thief, they will disconnect it from the thief's ownership and return it to you.

It is concerning that you can't see it on the High Scores.
There are two High Scores, RS3 and OSRS. Each have their own High Scores. Have you checked both?
Did you have the stolen account on a friends list of another account you own? If so, you can check its current display name on that friends list.

Another possibility is that you have not been identifying the account correctly during recovery i.e. wrong login.
This might happen if you ordinarily use a third party login method e.g. Google, Facebook etc., and have forgotten the actual login.

bro both high score nothing show up + name of the account in game doesnt show as well ... bro its my main and i made it by myself , theres no way im writing the name not correct , it been stolen 100%%%% because my email got stolen as well !!!! Real Is Rare
