So I made a new OSRS account after not playing for 10 years. I didn't have any security factors enabled when I fell for a giveaway scam, right after I realised my bank was gone I immediately did everything I could, 2FA, backup codes, authenticator, and bank pin, but this person still has access and is cancelling my pin before it can set.
I have ran security scans on my (only) device that I play on and got rid of some malicious files it found, but they still have access. I unlinked third party accounts that were linked to my jagex, changed all passwords to my emails and other accounts then relinked them to my jagex. The only thing I can think of is to see if my emails are being forwarded to someone else, but I can't find those settings anywhere.
And as said above, I only have one device that I can use, therefore I'm posting this from said device.
Does anyone have any advice? Something I might have missed? I really don't want to scrap this account, it will kill my desire to play again.
