Hello, how is everyone here? I have a problem and I wanted to see if you can help me, I have an account that I almost never use, but apparently someone is using it for a bot, they raised the hunter to 99 without touching anything else, I don't know how they did it, I had changed the password , I put google authenticator and I still don't know how they got in. I don't want to use this account anymore, but I don't want to leave it free. Is there a way to close that account?

Accounts can be fully deleted by following the instructions on the Delete your personal data support page.

As far as security goes on that account, you should check the 'Linked Accounts' tab in account management. Unlink any accounts you see linked. Click on 'Manage Steam' to check for a linked Steam account.
Usually, if a hijacker is getting access despite you securing the account, it means they have set up a backdoor login method i.e. a linked account.
You should still check this, even though you are applying to delete the account as the hijacker might be able to cancel the deletion if they still have access.
