Hello, few months ago my account was hacked and i lost all my items and money.
I farm from zero to more than 100M and few days ago same situation happened again, lost everything - that was becouse they Linked their steam account and logged again. Now i unlink and linked my steam, changed passwords and mail, so now it should be secured, i hope.
But this time they changed my name to Zank u 4cap3 and i cant rechange my name to my old one.
Can you please change my name back to my old name Ujebanec?

The name Ujebanec is still reserved to your account.
You need to change it back from outside the game, however, you will either have to redeem a Bond for an 'early name change' or else wait out the 28 days until your next free name change.
Jagex does not assist with display name issues, including returning removed names.

I am glad you have found how the hijacker was able to log into your account.
