I'm getting so much issues on loggin on my game account. I can log on my acc by the site - like i'm posting on hereright now -, but in the game client it says my passowrd is incorrect. I tried many usermanners of entering in game - either by account name, character name, email registered and registered as a jagex account, or the name of the jagex account and nothing. The last time i loggen on my notebook by client I changed my password that says its better to change when linking rs account to jagex account, and so i did it. then i cannot log anymore on my game. third party accunt like google i used to log on wont work anymore, just on mobile, that is so worst for me to play.
i'm getting crazy that its a long time i noticed this, but now im on vacations to play xmas and doing around and i cannot log on my account. even if i set recover passoword, it shows the same notification taht my passowrd is incorretct.
