Today I logged into my account on my phone while I was at work. I was hacked, while I had every feature available to prevent this from happening. I don't share my account with anyone. I am the only person that plays on this account.
I had an authenticator.
I had a bank Pin.
I logged on, and most, if not all my items we're gone.
I logged into the enclave in the wilderness. Whoever hacked me, took most of all my potions. All my melee gear, all my Law Runes, Blood Runes, Chaos Runes, and Tele Tabs.
They broke apart my slayer helm, banked the components, and took the black mask.
This is what is really making me confused, and extremely frustrated....
They broke apart my slayer helm... They sold/took my ToA tab. Sold/took everything worth over 250k... but they left my ferocious gloves in the bank....
On top of all of that.... They left 411m in my GE collect...........
Before I logged off months ago, i put in an offer for my scythe. It sold for 411m and it was still sitting in my collect tab for the GE.
Am I being hacked by a bot? How do they get past an Email, a password, an authenticator, a bank pin, just to destroy my account for no reason.
The password wasn't reset/changed. It was the same password. My bank pin was gone, and I've received no emails from Jagex to change/alter my account.
What is happening? Is anyone else experiencing this? Jagex says that they wont restore accounts/items if they've been hijacked, but I had every plan in place to prevent this, and yet here I am
