Hi,

I've tried to cancel my subscription several times but it doesn't want to cancel and bills anyway each month.
Can't find any help on the website and jagex rarely shares their email info.

Does anyone know who to reach out to?

When I cancel my subscription it just says "no active subscriptions" and on the account page it still says "Recurring" then continues billing every month.

How do you pay each month? Here on the website or some other method e.g. PayPal, Apple, Google etc.
If you are paying through some other method than directly through the website, you have to cancel via that website.

I think you should check you are logged in to the correct account at the time you are trying to cancel as it sounds like you might be in another account.
Also, each time a payment is taken, an email is sent. Check the email as it will tell you the display name of the account being paid for. There might be another account.
