What error message do you see when you try to enter the account?
Have you read through the How do I log in after importing my character? support article. To find that article, start on the Jagex Accounts page and click the Jagex Accounts Support Centre link.

I don't think your account is disabled as you wouldn't have any access at all.

Yes im trying whit new email adress witch was crated on jagex account I receive messages asking me to change the account password, I can change it, but still no one helps me log in to the account either in the game or in the account settings :P
