Account banned no appeal

Hi, I just recovered an account today that I haven't used in ages, the account has a perm ban on it and it has already been appealed (not by myself) so guessing the account was hijacked and botted on, is there any way for me to submit an appeal myself as I know 100% I haven't used the account in ages or botted or submitted an appeal, thanks.

Unappealable offences


Where a ban or mute is unappealable,
it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct
and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.

Even if you hadn't played for ages it doesn't mean that account security isn't your concern. You always have to check your status of your accounts at all times.
At a certain point Jagex/JMods have the authority to step in and take action against account abuse.

Just seems a bit daft that I've recovered it and it's banned, whoever was on it has obviously appealed it which leaves me stuck..saysif your appeal is denied it is final, it wasn't my appeal :S I know it sounds weird, but even if you didn't appeal the ban -- it could have been the hijacker or someone else for that matter -- what's important is that it was looked at. If the ban remained -- which it did by the looks of it -- it means that an offence was committed on the account.
