Hey,
They locked my pure account. I tried to recover it but they denied.
The big problem is, the email registred on the account has been removed few years ago when i changed internet provider..
Is there a way in the support to ask for ip checks? If they check the ip on that account they can see i'm the only one who logged in on that account.
In support they ask when i made that account, but i really can't remember when.. I put as much info as i got, but they still denied it..
Can any help me please?
