Hi guys, I'm writing from the account I'm trying to recover (sounds weird right?). I've got access to my account that's not the problem, I just don't have access to my email now, its gone its lost and I just cannot recover it Microsoft has flat out just not allowed me to recover it through their avenues.
I've tried to send through a request to change my email address through Jagex's standard procedure even with my digits of my visa card etc. it's been knocked back I'm currently playing the game logged in doing NMZ at the computer I've used solely other than mobile for the past year or so of its life, I can tell you EVERYTHING about it except for its email's new password.
I need help I'm scared it's going to get locked due to the 3 requests I've sent through, I've seen people lose YEARS of gameplay due to these issues. I just want my account secure, I've set up an authenticator on the account a week or so ago, broken the phone its on and its on its last legs I still have access to the authenticator but it wasn't logged into an account so if I lose the phone for good I lose the authenticator.
