First banned, now locked

Hello Everyone,

My main account: Mr Eddie G, got perm banned on the 24th of june for macroing. I have never used any 3rd party programs ever on the account, because I was just too scared to lose my total progress. I filled in the appeal and was waiting for the response, when today I saw that my account got locked. So, I tried the recovery method and I would receive a email with futher details. Now I didn't receive any email and tried it again, but still nothing. I checked the spam folder, added the adresses etc.
I am kind of clueless now what to do. Should I wait for an email to magicly appear or are there other ways? Normally receiving emails from Jagex was no problem.

Yes it's tried all steps of the "not receiving emails". no succes

And I think the 24 hour time for a recovery counts when you did request the recovery though the mail you have to receive.
By now, the 24 hours are also almost passed. So I don't believe I'll receive an email right now.

Any other ideas perhaps?

If 24 hours has passed and you have not received a response, it means your email provider isn't allowing Jagex emails through to you.

The only thing you can do in that case is submit another recovery and a different email (different email provider) to be the new registered email of the account.

It sounds like you never received the email response to the ban appeal either.
I recommend Gmail as it is trouble free with Jagex emails.
