Hello,

A friend of mine wants me to write this in the forum. He tried to contact Jagex Support on twitter but isnt getting any response. He appealend a Ban offense and it has been well over 10 days - the appeal still shows as pending. Basically just want to know should he follow up on the appeal in any way or just be patient and wait.

Sorry no has not appealed before, just confirmed with him. First ever offense and first ever appeal. It shows as still pending from what he tells me been well over 10 days now. Yeah that is what I thought that ban appeals should not take this long to be looked at. Any advise for him how to proceed?
