I have had a reply to the flag about the ban appeal on the TOSHIRO_777 account:

The JMod said the appeal was lodged in a language that is "not supported".
There is a problem securing a staff member able to read the appeal and that is why the appeal is still pending.
The JMod will try to get it looked at as soon as they can.

Hello Malua, sorry to be bothering you again. But the appeal still has no response. At this point can the appeal just be cancelled and perhaps they can make a new appeal in english using translate or smth? Thank you for your help.

Bump - just desperate for help at this point. Accept or Deny the appeal but do something please, cancel it so can appealed again - anything at this point. Leagues is on :( -- not everyone has alts to play on. Please help.
