Hello, I got a message that my billing was declined in my jagex inbox today although I never purchased anything. Should I be worried or was this just a glitch in the system?

A message in your inbox about declined billing is not
"just a glitch in the system".
Is your membership about to renew?
You can check through the 'My Account' button at the top of this page. Click on 'Manage Your Subscriptions' then 'View by Account' to find out when your renewal is taken.
If your membership renewal is due but has failed, check your card. Have you just got a new credit card? You might need to sign up for a new subscription with the card to log its details.
If your membership renewal is not due, check that your account is secure as a hijacker might have access and tried to pay for something.
