Missing skilling spells

When I open skilling spells, I only see the teleports. I do not see any of the other skilling spells. This is proving a bottleneck on which quests I can complete as many require to enchant or telekinetic grab things.

Please help. I am playing on an iPad but have also tried playing on a PC with the same results.

Have you checked if the filter is activated? By opening your Magic spellbook, and clicking into the skilling spells, there is a conic shaped icon that hides unavailable spells if you don't have the necessary runes.
