I have had three (3) accounts that were stolen from me in the last year and a half. I cannot seem to get any actual help and it's very upsetting.

One (1) account was stolen and turned into a youtube advertising bot. I still see it logged in occasionally to this day. It's always standing at the GE advertising a YouTube channel. I've done everything I can to recover this account but they keep rejecting my recoveries. I made this account 15+ years ago, when I was a teenager... Jagex should be able to see the activity and notice themselves that it is stolen... what's the deal? Why can't I get help?
Two (2) accounts were stolen and turned into pvm bots. Jagex recognized unusual activity on one (1) of the accounts and was able to unban and return it. The second account is still banned to this day, and unable to be played. Why were they able to recognize the oddity on one but not the other? Grizz Bone

If you have had three accounts stolen from you in the past eighteen months. Then perhaps it is time to start checking into YOUR security. Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.
