Ban - no appeal options?

In this the same account that you are currently posting on? If so, you may be logging in to a different account in-game. The reason I am stating this is because you wouldn't be able to post on the Forums if you were banned in-game. Considering that you are posting on this same account, then, it means that you aren't banned in-game. Make sure that you are using the same login information as you are using here to post on the Forums. Since you said you upgraded to a Jagex account, make sure that you are selecting the correct account in-game.
Someone else had a similar issue as yours and it happened to be that they had an unpaid balance. To see if this applies to you, check this Support page: Unpaid balance . If it does apply to you, you may contact Jagex using the blue "

Contact Us
" button at the very bottom of the page to have them check what the charge was for. If they can see clear evidence that a hijacker was in control at the time of occurrence, they may be able to remove the charge.
In any case, please let us know what you find after you take the routes above.
