I have been trying to log into my account however am getting "the account Is already logged in" message. i have reset my password and ended all sessions but still getting this message after 30 mins of trying

if someone could force log out my account that would be great as i fear i may have been hijacked

The password reset does force log the account out.
Make sure you do a password ‘reset’ and not a password ‘change’.

The password change isn’t enough.
