main was hacked and banned

Hey Support,

I went to login to my non ironman/gim main and acc was banned for macroing. Somehow it was hacked and they botted. I put appeal in, but still says pending. Any way to get update on this? I had auth too and stuff, so its very weird.

How long have you waited? Ban appeals can take up to 7 days to be processed.
Its usually much quicker but it depends on the queue.

While you wait, work through the points on the Security tips support page. It's worth checking the 'Linked Accounts' tab on the banned account and unlinking any linked accounts as the hijacker might have used a linked account to gain access.

It's been only 4 days. I checked and my amazon was linked. I can't believe it but im sure thats how they got it because i had that linked to the other one they got as well, just checked. sighhhh. Anyway to see the status without waiting 7 days?
