help cant log in on pc

hi so with the golden shard event i signed up to jagex account for one of the shards however sinse i done this i can no longer log into game on pc but i can on mobile/tablet and on rs website. when i try to log in on pc it says incorrect details however using the same details on mobile or rs website i log in no problem

Try fully logging out of the Jagex Launcher then logging back in.
When a player upgrades to the Jagex Account system, they have to re-start their Launcher.

i cant not log in the app on my pc mine interent is fine but says cant not connect to the game a

The maintenance hasn't happened yet. It's due at 08:00 game time and will last up to 2.5 hours.

The login issues are due to some sort of wider Internet issues that are affecting several online services Glad to be of service (Powered by GPP™ - Share and Enjoy!)
