I have some of my accounts linked to the jagex account so I could use the launcher. In order to get the jagex account you have to have 2fa. The last level of the stronghold of security doesnt recognize that 2fa is enabled on those accounts. I have looked all over the account settings and am unable to find a solution.

Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of this page then the blue 'Jagex Account Management' button on the next screen.
Check your Authenticator 'Security codes via authenticator app' setting. Does it say 'Enabled' ?
