After getting a new phone the authenticator does not work. He has followed the steps to get into his account and requested an email with a link to be able to cancel the authenticator and has done this several times but has not received an email. He is a 20 year player and is getting mad about the fact you can't contact jagex and speak to someone about the issue. We hag issues buying our premier passes back in January and it took way to long to get that straightened out. Is there a way to contact someone in person with jagex
