@jmod @mod @supprt @help Regrettably, according to the Lost items Support article, items that may have been lost due to a scam/hijack event are not and cannot be returned by Jagex.

ya well i got 2 bans from jagex for rwt which neither was me! because my account was hacked! and they denied the appeals. not fair at all. i would appreciate my account to be in good status, and get left alone so i can play the game. is there anything i can do to get JAGEX to changed the denied appeal on the RWT bans, i wasnt even actively playing around that time. and my whole bank was cleaned of gear and gp. JAGEX says GP was taken off account, well then where did all my gear go and my 1.3b made at nex in my 1767kc there with a collection log to prove it, and screen shots of the drops. seems to me something is going on here! and i should not be at fault or punished by this!

Unappealable offences

If the ban or mute is unappealable we have deemed the offence so severe that an appeal will not be permitted.

Unappealable offences include:


- Account hijacking
- Bug abuse

Real-world trading

- Other manual permanent bans (fraud, community safety)

These offences are always investigated thoroughly before being applied
and will not be discussed further.

ok, so whats done is done. understood still unfair. I assume now if i want to continue to play again i gotta start from scratch and grind my gp back. can friends in game let me use items to pvm skill etc or will i get banned for that too?
