How do I report hacking?

I have not been online since this summer when I hurt my back. Well.. I think maybe once or twice in the fall..
recently someone saw me online -- I have not been logging in -- but I can tell you all my cash and valuable items are gone. I changed my pass, but the pin on my account was removed. Please investigate. You are welcome to close my account if you need to , but don't leave my clan without a gold key (feel free to give it to a silver key who is on a lot).

Posting in the forums isn't a pathway to report a hijack as we are all players in here, not JMods.
