Hi there
Dragonare v2
The glitch would not have been the reason for the deny.
When there are two offences on the same date it means the offence has been auto-detected, then auto-detected again. A ban for each offence is applied but, technically, it is the same macroing continuing on.
The player appeals the ban and, if successful, the ban is removed BUT only one ban is removed. The other ban is still sitting there so the account remains banned i.e.
"there was a glitch in the ban removal"
.
We can request that the account be checked and the JMod sees that the second ban should also have been removed.
In your case, you say your appeal was denied. So, even though there is more than one offence/ban on that same day, it doesn't matter as the appeal was
denied
.
Since 2015 there have been several changes in the ban appeal system. I recommend you check the 'Account Status' tab of the affected account to see if you have another appeal opportunity. Appeals are started on the 'Account Status' page now.
Also, try just logging in to the game on the account as there was a period where Jagex was removing old macroing bans due to the passing of time. They have since stopped doing this type of ban removal.
