Hello,

Not too long ago I was at sand crabs on fossil island (around 6 months ago) and the classic happened, I got crashed by someone who claimed to have their name on the spot and I'm not gonna lie, I did lose my temper a little bit. But not terribly "too" much imo which is why I'm here.. I saw someone else appeal a mute here, so thought I'd give it a shot aswell. I would appreciate it so much if a JMod or some mod could look into my appeal and possibly fix it, I truly do apologize for lashing out on the guy and will make sure for it to not happen again, I just want to publicly talk again.. If you're wondering what the word was, I'm pretty sure I said the "r" word with "ed" at the end. I get it, most people have zero tolerance against that word and I have painfully learned my lesson.

Six months isn't nearly long enough since a mute offence that earned a permanent mute.
You would have a better chance if you waited until 2030 or after before asking for a review.
I mean that seriously.
Even then it might not be enough as disparaging comments about disability are not tolerated.

There have been several threads about mutes recently but only one player was successful in getting their perm mute removed. In their case, the players account was hijacked and the mute was earned by the hijacker. The hijackers conversation was website advertising spam, not a personal attack on another player.

We have all faced other players trying to claim a good spot in the past. You know it isn't possible to have ones name on a spot and you have every right to continue where you are. You just try to be better at the game and get the kills so the other player leaves. No need to talk to them!

Hello Malua,

Like I said, I have painfully learned my lesson these 6 months. I'm 24 years old and my main account is about to turn 15 years old, having a permanently muted iron man who just unlocked access to ToA/other end games stuff is very very unfortunate and extremely demotivating. I understand that Jagex now has a zero rule breaking policy, since from my experience, it wasn't as strict in the past. (i wasn't a perfect child). I have no excuses for the word i chose to use, and next time I will use your advice.
