Is it possible to go back to regular username login I am just constantly crashing using jagex account. It's getting very frustrating

No, it's a one-way process.

Unfortunately, it's designed to be permanent. Many are making Jagex accounts because of the GC shards and have no idea they're stumbling into something they can't reverse.
