I am trying to upgrade to the Jagex account, but I am not receiving the email verification. I have tried to resend it several times.


* I am starting to receive emails, but they are coming late and thus have expired before I can use them.* Old School Player

the help article for emails for the verification is unhelpful to me. I am just not getting any emails since 8 hours ago. So I can't log in. I created the jagex account last night and got the first email verification quickly. Then I tried adding another account. The email took over 10 minutes to get to me for verification and by then it had expired. Then it was too late. I went to sleep. Got up this morning and tried getting on runescape, it said it sent an email but it has been over an hour and there is nothing in any of my files for email. I don't have any more time to deal with this because I need to get to work. Right now I am really regretting setting up the jagex account and wish I had stuck with the runescape account.

I am having the same problem not getting the verification email and the troubleshooting article did not help at all. Finally received the verification emails but 5 hours later
