When i talk to banker, all they ask for is my pin... i type it wrong then they say try again... no option to cancel or reset pin?

There is a hyperlink "I don't know it" on the PIN screen that you should click.
Don't talk to the banker.

I checked my mobile game and the "I don't know it" button is definitely there.

Is your Bank PIN an Authenticator PIN? Meaning you need your Auth instead of the regular Bank PIN.

What client are you using?
Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the client?

Ah mine is set to my authenticator. I don’t remember changing it to that. So that explains why my usual pin didn’t work
