Been actively playing but when trying to login yesterday it asked me to set my name. Can't set my old username which wasn't offensive and currently set as "No Character name".

If your name was removed, it was for a reason, per Character names . You must select another name. Just because you say it wasn't offensive it doesn't mean that it actually wasn't. That's up to Jagex to decide.

I guess Ana is an offensive name with that logic, it was just a regular name. Good to know Jagex has no communication.
