Hi there,

I started the process for an item restoration support ticket on the 3rd August.

I returned to the game after being playing sporadic month to month to find that a number of items were missing from my character.

These were:

Cinderbanes
Augmented Ascension X Bows (Both)
Pernix armour
Christmas Tree Hat

I received a response one day later confirming my request was being looked into and I would receive a response in 5 days.

I am still awaiting a response nearly 3 weeks later.

I have sent followed up e-mails to no avail.

It was odd to log in and find that my bank still held some expensive items.

Any help or follow up would be grand.

*Also, on a side note - Somehow I got a ban on OSRS on a date that shows an offence on the 25h April but a ban expiring on the 24th - I don't play OSRS, it's garbage but I have no idea how an offence was committed after the ban came into effect.* No biggy though. Just a random bit of RS sillyness that we all have to put up with from time to time.

Have you done a security review? The Security tips support page has instructions.

It may be best to upgrade your account into a Jagex Account as they are much more secure than the old RuneScape accounts.

It does sound like your account was being used by a hijacker.
Jagex don't normally replace items stolen by hijackers but you would still get a response to your Lost Item claim to say so. You are checking the 'Messages' tab?
