Get your in-game friends to report the name as offensive and Jagex will check the report.
If they decide it is offensive they will remove it, allowing you to set a new name.
I have reported it for you but it might need multiple reports.

JMods don't do display name support e.g. reverting a name on request.

The expensive method is to redeem a Bond for an "early name change" and change it yourself.
You might need to do the change from outside the game if you want your previous name back.

this is the issue with filters. if its super strict then so many normal names wont pass because no filter can only stop "offensive" names. personally i dont see yours as offensive, its just immature. and as this game is technically pegi 16. there is no need to have a super strict filters on names.

but yeah 2 options malua has said is pretty much only options. you could get your friend who did it pay for a bond as it is their mistake for doing so.

but the 3rd option is just to wait it out.
