Are you attempting to log in to RS3 or OSRS?
PC or Mobile?
Direct client or Jagex Launcher?
What is the error that you are seeing?

I use '
jagex Launcher
' to switch between RuneScape 3 and Old School RuneScape and currently I can't find any worlds being offline.

RuneScape Mobile is OK too.

Looking at your history, for 2 years you have been having issues with login in, so it might be that you use your PC too much for something you better not should be doing.
Your iPad had no issues making it able for you to login. If you prepare doing things a normal player wouldn't be doing it might be possible that you are mitigated to oblivion. (just my thought)

Have uninstalled and removed all the folders and reinstalled same error

Are you using more than one monitor? I don't get that error on my desktop with 2 monitors, but I frequently get it on my laptop if I have a 2nd monitor connected. If I disconnect the additional monitor, the game loads just fine and once its loaded I can re-connect the additional monitor and everything runs fine.

(This really isn't an account issue, log-in issue, or an issue with the game being down. If you need additional advice, I will move this thread to the Community Led Technical Support Forum for best results.)
