hmm 2 of my accounts "Doons sister" and "Doons aunty" got perm banned for macroing but i never botted, i have 8 maxed accounts and i usually play 6 of them most of the time, i only used Runelite and no other software.. im confused... this account "Doonsides" is ranked 1 in general graador kills for 1 defence builds on highscores, and i have 3 other identical accounts similarly build to this account "Doonsides" which is "Doons wife" "Doons cousin" and "Doons son" 4 maxed pures with bandos pets which took thousands of hours to achieve so therefore i wouldnt risk botting. "Doons aunty" that got perm banned for macroing is my other account's twin "Doons uncle" those twin accounts i played helped Doonsides get alot of general graador kills, "Doons sister" got perm banned and that account helped Doonsides acheive such a high bandos KC just by tanking in the bandos Room for my 4 pures which explains the 18m-19m defence exp it has with odd stats.. my 8 accounts is very unique and 2 of them got permed for macroing and i appealed both accounts and both got denied its just weird, i havnt had time to become members on them all and play them all the time like i used to so all i ever done recently was just log in all my accounts and walk around as a train in world 1... its started to hit me now that 2 of of my 8 maxed unique accounts is perm banned for macroing and im litterly scratching my head thinking "how is this possible" all that hard dedicating work to be rank top 25 (first page on high scores) on 4 unique accounts in general graador kills.. all that passion i put into leading a clan since 2017 like.. this is my thought process i feel like i been robbed.. when i appealed the 2 accounts i clicked "i like to review your decision" instead of "i like another chance" only because im 100% confident i wouldnt risk all those thousands of hard passion hours i put into those 8 accounts.. idk what the system detected but i only use Runelite, why are my 6 other accounts not banned :S

i only used Runelite and no other software .. Although you do not get banned for merely using the normal version of RuneLite, there are certain plugins and/or add-ons that are deemed against the rules and if used may get your account in trouble . Since Jagex doesn't control the third-party program, that's the reason it comes with a warning.

Jagex has shared two news articles regarding third-party software:

1. Third Party Client Guidelines [June 1st, 2022]
2. Third Party Clients Update [June 17th, 2022]

Both may be found inside the Macroing & RWT bans [Info] sticky as well. Jagex is only able to fully control the clients that they own as they manage it and maintain it daily; however, that isn't true for RuneLite, for example. RuneLite does try their best to ensure that add-ons/plugins do not break the rules, but considering the vast majority of users out there and the increased probability of cheating, it's obvious that it can't be 100% bullet-proof.

If you haven't already done so , you are more than welcome to appeal the bans here: Appeal an offence . Just know that if they are denied, there is nothing else to do after that decision.

usually for the past 5+ years i just click open 6-8 runelite clients and log into my accounts, the only plug-in i take notice of is "combat style" so i wont make the same mistake by getting 2 defence on a maxed pure from switching weapons back in 2019 which i decided to make a new pure to max all over again with runelite because no other client will save unique account's stats and at that time i decided to make more identical unique accounts with rare bandos pets and i acheived that, its just weird how after a long journey since i started again in 2017 that the runelite plugins could be the reason for the 2/8 bans.. wouldnt all my accounts be banned though? my runelite plugins is default and the same for all 8 accounts but 2 gets banned. google says "admitting to an offence you didnt do by clicking (id like another chance) gives you a better chance in not being banned" but i ended up clicking (i like to review). I roughly remember people in rs saying along time ago that they was able to appeal a perm ban after a certain amount of time but how many years are we talking...

When you send an appeal, what Jagex is looking at is the evidence gathered by their systems, not the reason you selected for the appeal at the beginning. That has no effect on the process or the outcome of the appeal. As for the amount of years, that's up to Jagex's discretion and the only way to keep track of that is to keep checking your account settings to see when and if an additional appeal pops up.

it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct
and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.
