Long time friend needs help recovering his RS account, after having taken a long break. Hes attempted the answer the questions from the automated help self recovery thing but to no avail. Wondering what I could do to get him more help.

Refer your friend to read the Account recovery denied page for some tips about the kind of information Jagex want to see in a recovery.

Post back and tell us how fast a deny reply arrives after he submits his form. If we know the answer to that, we can tell how far into the process he is getting stuck.
