Hi there
Kaustinan

Was your password still the same and you logged straight in? or had it been changed and you needed to reset it?
Was your Authenticator still active or had it been removed?
Was your Bank PIN still active or had it been removed?

Whether these three (pw/PIN/Auth) are still active and unchanged or have been removed gives clues as to how the hijacker has found out your login information.

If you didn't have a Bank PIN and/or Authenticator, it makes it much harder to diagnose the hijacker activity.

At this point you should review your email, device and account security.
Jagex has a very thorough set of instructions: Security tips

You can report the hijack by emailing details to: [email protected]
Jagex will not replace the items or gp stolen. You have to accept the state your account is in and move forward from there, making sure a hijacker can never return.

While you were inactive, Jagex has introduced a new, more secure account: Jagex Account
Jagex is encouraging players to upgrade their RuneScape accounts into Jagex Accounts.
The FAQ page is: Jagex Accounts FAQ
