Hi Jagex, my OSRS ironman account known as 'Fe mdom' was banned about a year ago. On June 20th, I submitted a appeal asking for another chance which was then granted 3 days later. The Mod who did this left me a comment in my appeal that read ' Granted & Account Locked.'
My account was locked but since I am the owner, I quickly recovered it and unlocked it. Hoping I would be able to log in again, I am still met with the ban on my account and cannot play. I have tried to reach out to Jagex Support on Twitter for over a week now, and get no response from anyone on the platform.
TLDR:

Appeal Created - June 20th
Appeal Accepted - June 23rd
Account is still banned even though whoever handled my appeal obviously read my appeal asking for a 2nd chance but never unbanned my account.
