HELP! Account hacked a deleted

I am re-posting my plea here, as I might have posted in wrong forum:
My main account, which is a Premier Member got hacked today. I had played in the morning, and even changed my password, because when I entered my bank PIN, it said that cancellation of PIN was stopped. I was successful in changing my Password.
but tonight at 8:10pm New York time, I couldn't login. I tried a password reset, but it kept asking for my login name. So I thought I'd check my email, and noticed that at 5:50pm NY time, my account had been imported to Jagex and to use the Jagex Launcher, I had heard that they would be having accounts moved to that, so I didn't give much thought.I downloaded it, but still would not let me login,

so I thought account recovery, and when I finally found the link, and entered my login name and hit recover, it would refresh and ask for my login name. I tried for several hours, dif ways and now I think my account was hacked and maybe deleted.

Please guide me to someone who can help. I can't do an account recovery because my account name isn't recognized.
I have all my details of when I started, and became a member, and have had the same IP address always.I also know when & how I paid to renewed my Premier membership.

I just need to get to the account recovery form, or be able to chat with someone.
Please, I don't know what to do.

Hi Meri Girl.

First, please secure your PC and email account(s) using this advice:
Security Tips
It seems pretty clear that the hijacker has access to your email account, so make sure you secure that.

Then raise a recovery request form via this support page:
Forgotten login
Click the "Contact us" button at the bottom of the page.

Put as much information about the account on the form as you can, and mention in the text box that the account has been imported into a Jagex Account by the hijacker. Glad to be of service :) (Powered by GPP™ - Share and Enjoy!)

I submitted the request, but forgot to mention that my account had been imported to a Jagex account, was running out of room, but, hopefully they can help anyway. I provide all details, as I have records.
