Hello, my account 6Masks was hacked 4 years ago and banned for botting. They changed my password and put their own authenticator on my account. Since then i've re secured my account but and submitted an appeal but it hasnt been accepted or denied. Any chance a mod could take a look? Thanks.

How long is it since you submitted your appeal?
Appeals can take up to 7 days to be reviewed.
If there was an appeal available in the 'Account Status' tab and you used it, you will get a reply.

Maybe your sudden change in account security is is what causes a pause in getting an answer.
Maybe there's an extra level of investigation conducted. Just wait patiently.
