Hello, I am having issues with emails and I would like to believe it is a simple technical mistake and not something more nefarious. I recently came back to an account that had gotten banned, I successfully got the ban quashed because the account was hijacked, (up to this point I was receiving emails from Jagex for the account AHK Maulin) However immediately after getting the ban quashed I was asked to recover the account, I put in the requisite information and it said an email has been sent. However, no email has been sent and I know this email works with Jagex because I previously had another account associated with this email. This account is something I am very proud of and would like to get it back, especially since i successfully got the ban quashed proving I did no wrong. Please just send the email to the address registered. I know it works as i had gotten account updates on the email prior to the ban getting quashed literally same day.
If you can get a Jmod to help with this that would be great
