cant add a log in to steam

trying to register the email thro steam to get the extra bank spaces and maybe members later.

and it tells me i have to set up a login email but when i do it says that email already in use.

it only email i have. do i have to get a whole new email for my steam runescape account?

i have 2 old runescape.com accounts registered with the same email.

am i sol registering my steam one?
