*Update Solution: I was able to create another Jagex Account and import the remaining characters I had leftover. Not the best solution, but I am able to access all of my accounts now which was the important part for me.


Hello,

I have reached the max number of accounts (20) on my launcher. Most of them are throw accounts. However, I have a solid few un-imported characters that are linked to my email, but I can't import them due to being at the max already. I also can't remove any characters off my account to add better ones. I basically can't access these characters anymore just because they are linked to an email that has been converted to a Jagex Account, and is also at max capacity. Any solutions or gf me?

Hello,

This should be moved to the community account support section of the forums, but you can try to contact Jagex here and see if they are able to do anything. As far as I know there is no way to remove imported characters and the limit is 20, so you'd have to use another email as of now, until they bump up the number of max characters you can import (if they do).

Just check, check if one of those accounts has an invitation to '
upgrade your RuneScape character
to a Jagex account. That will help you out in a whim.
