Yes, this is possible. Once you get to your Jagex Account Management section, ensure that the " Security code via authenticator app " and " Security codes via email " are both enabled . This will allow you to use either one if you lose access to one of them. If you lose access to BOTH , then you'd need the " Backup Codes " enabled as that would be the

Once those are enabled , you will then be presented with the screenshot below after you correctly enter your email and password for your Jagex Account:
As evidenced above, you'd then choose " Send a code to your email address " as the desired option.
